Whether you are looking for a show stopper or the perfect muscle car cruiser, this black on black 1965 Pontiac LeMans Restomod is the ideal candidate. Built with modern performance, comfort, and convenience, this Pontiac was treated to a multi-year restoration that has just shy of 1,000 miles since the extensive restoration. It starts off with the laser-straight body panels that have been covered with a gorgeous GM tuxedo black paint. Black is obviously one of the toughest colors to... paint, if there are any flaws in the bodywork it will be evident. But look closely at the panels and down the side of the body, this car shows no signs of waves or poor prep under the paint. The trim by the windows being silver is a very nice touch that adds to the 21st-century look. This is a car that you'd be proud to display at any car show. Pop open the hood and you'll see a fully detailed engine bay stuffed with a built Pontiac 400ci V-8 engine featuring a polished aluminum intake manifold, March billet pulley system, Power Steering, Vintage A/C and Power Brakes. Horsepower is transferred to the pavement through a rebuilt Turbo 350 with a Hughes Street MAster 2500 RPM torque converter that sends power to a lightweight aluminum driveshaft. At the back, you'll find a Pontiac 10-bolt rear end with 3.55 posi gears courtesy of Motive Gears. At the corners, you'll find all new gas shocks and Eibach Pro-Touring springs. New Stainless steel brake lines from The Right Stuff Brakes are a nice addition as well as the 1.5" Front Sway Bar and the 1" Rear. All of this adds up to a car that absolutely shines Mechanically, it is one of the best driving cars we've had in our showroom. The Black Bucket interior is all brand new and features a multitude of convenience features that some restomods lack. For instance, reach down and unlock or lock the driver's door and you'll see the power door locks unlock the passenger at the same time. Next, try starting up the vehicle without your foot on the brake and you'll hear the horn, that's not a short in the steering column, rather a nice security feature that won't allow you to start the car without a firm foot on the brake pedal. All the lights in there interior are new LEDs, the Flaming River tilt column is a safety collapsible column, Billet Specialties Steering Wheel, and you'll be shocked at how quiet it is as every panel top to bottom in the interior was outfitted with DynaMat Xtreme Sound Deadening. We haven't even touched on the Stereo yet, that received nearly $10,000 alone during the restoration. It starts with the Alpine Deck with a phone hookup in the console. The new door speakers and rear speakers are Rockford Fosgate Power Series 6.5" with separate Tweeters. Pop open the trunk and you'll see the new cross-overs, 2 10" Rockford Fosgate subs and brand new audio wiring that would rival many houses! TITLE: Clean Title DOES IT WORK?
