Car description

Extra sharp colors. Same owner from Kentucky the last 11 years. Has Pontiac Historical documentation and pictures of the restoration. EXTERIOR: Born Tyrol blue, a fantastic color. The body is actually very clean and straight. I checked all along the lower part of the car, it's smooth with no bubbles. The panels fit real nice. It has a very glossy finish. They painted the entire car including the jambs. Bottom of doors have clean seams. In back the bumper and... emblems look new. The door handles and emblems on fenders look new. It has a factory remote mirror, chrome is very nice. The front bumper is not new but is shiny. The weather strips and window seals were replaced, even the rubber around the vent windows. The convertible top is white, it's very nice. It is bright but has a couple small pinches. Upgraded two piece glass window, the weather strips are replaced on the top frame. Has Rally ll wheels and rear mounted antenna. INTERIOR: This is what I really like about the car, the pearl white interior with the bright blue accents is really sharp. The seat covers, front and rear arm rests, side panels are new pearl white. The window cranks, chrome armrest bases, door handles, mirror, dash pad, bright blue carpets were replaced. All the interior metal was painted the same color as the exterior. Features include center console, front and rear blue seat belts. The heater controls work, interior lights work, it does not have a radio. There is a small cluster of gauges under the dash to monitor the engines vitals. Owner's manual is in the glove box. ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Upgraded with a 350 Chevy motor so it's reliable and runs strong. Also easier to get parts for and work on then the Pontiac 350. It was given some added kick with a GM aluminum high rise intake, big dual feed Holley carb, HEI ignition and a set of headers. A little bling was added with some chrome air cleaner, valve covers and support bars. The insulation on the bottom of the hood is new. TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It is clean. Has a new rubber mat, shaker cans are in place. The jamb and trunk lid are painted glossy, new weatherstrip. UNDERSIDE: Overall very solid, not a rotten car at all. Does have 1 floor pan patched, probably from water that may have leaked in years ago. Has upgraded Turbo 400 trand and 12 bolt 3.73 posi rear. Front end components look good, some newer bushings. E-brake system is hooked up, brake hoses replaced. Fun, easy to maintain convertible that is sure to get compliments. Everyone likes a compliment!
