Good day!I bought this 74 Pontiac Lemans Safari wagaon over 20 years ago. It originally came with a Pontiac 350 v8 with a turbo 350 and open rear end. In the time that i have had it i replaced the original motor with a Pontiac 455 which has been rebuilt with an 067 cam and 06 heads from a low compression Grand Prix. The engine runs on regular and has HEI ignition and last year i replace the quadrajet with a brand new Edlebrock performer carburetor. The transmission is a Turbo 400 with shift kit and it was rebuilt as well. The rear end was replaced with one from another pontiac wagon i bought in Colorado. It is a posi-trac with 323 rear gear. The car also has a four tube radiator. This car has had virtually no use for the last 10 plus years and has been sitting in the garage behind the house. Although this car will start and can be driven it is only safe for local driving. The tires are really really old and would need replacement and the car itself would need to be checked over as well since it has been sitting so long. The interior is in really nice shape but as you can see from the pictures there is rust in all of the usual spots. The rear quarters are the worst but i do have one quarter panel for replacement and might know where another one is for the buyer of the car. I also have a really nice used rear bumper for this car as well as the soft parts that go between the rear deck and the bumper. In the interior i have also added the third seat in the back which came from another pontiac wagon and it is the correct color for the interior and i have the speaker grills for the rear deck if rear speakers are desired. At one point i had the build sheet for the wagon but i do not know where it is at this time.
