1939 Pontiac 4 dr. sedan - restorable

Very solid car. Some rust in the rear gravel pan, but the rest of the floors throughout are solid. The spare tire well has a hole about 3" long. The body is rock solid and little bondo. Very few parts missing. The original motor has been replaced with a '350' Olds V-8, which I know nothing about. Much of the glass needs replaced. March 2019 Classic Car magazine features a 1939 Pontiac sedan on the front cover, stock but needs restoring.
The 'bumper' on the front was put on to help move it for cleaning and pictures. Easily removable. (The chain you see in some photos was for the same reason.)
Has good Washington title. Needs restoration - look at pictures, please.
