10th Anniversary Edition Firebird Trans Am

This is a great opportunity to restore a rare 1979 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am 10th anniversary edition. My son and I purchased this vehicle as a project several years ago and never got around to it. It is the rare "X" vin code for the 10th anniversary trans am. We have clear title and nice t-tops. The sheet metal is rough but definitely workable. Doors close and latches work. Unfortunately, the floor boards and trunk pan will need replacement as was common for a t-top car of the 1970's. This is an original 4-speed car. The original engine and transmission are gone as well as most of the interior. On the upside, everything is available in the aftermarket to make this a valuable restoration. It has the correct wheels and brand new BF Goodrich tires that we bought so we could roll it around while working. The buyer will need to place it on a trailer for transport. Look at pics closely and we also have pics of parts that were taken off the car (back seat, lights, etc.) that can be sent upon request.
