Car description

UP FOR BIDS IS A 1967 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX. I PURCHASED THIS CAR AS YOU SEE IT IN THE PICTURES FROM AN ESTATE SALE AND I FOUND IT IN A BARN HALF COVERED WITH A WORN OUT TARP 1 WEEK AGO. THE SELLERS ONLY KNEW THAT THERE RELATIVE HAD THE CAR FOR MANY YEARS AND IT WAS PUT AWAY OVER 20 YEARS AGO IN THE BARN. I HAD IT FLAT BEDDED TO MY HOUSE AND AM SELLING IT JUST AS IS SITS AS-IS NO GUARANTEE. BODY IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. I AM GUESSING IT WAS AN ORIGINAL CALIFORNIA CAR BECAUSE OF THE SMOG PUMP AND A CALIFORNIA CAR CLUB STICKER. IT HAS FACTORY A/C, POWER STEERING, POWER BRAKES, POWER WINDOWS, AN 8 TRACK RADIO WITH A BEATLES LOVE SONGS TAPE. 400 CU IN MOTOR WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION AND A 4 BBL CARTER CARB. VEHICLE HAS THE ORIGINAL GM KEYS AND JACK IN TRUNK. THE BODY IS SOLID AS A ROCK AND I ONLY SEE SOME ROT ON PASSENGER SIDE REAR QUARTER BOTTOM AS SEEN IN PICTURES. IT SEEMS LIKE THERE WAS A LEAK AT BOTTOM OFREAR WINDOW AS THERE IS BLACK TAPE ACROSS THE DECK AND THE COVER WAS ALL WORN OUT IN THAT AREA. IN THE TRUNK I FOUND THE REAR SKIRTS. ONE IS RUSTY AND THE OTHER IS NICE. ALSO I FOUND SOME OF THE GRAND PRIX CHROME LETTERS AND THE GP EMBLEMS. ALSO THE DRIVERS SIDE VIEW MIRROR. THE WHITE VINYL INTERIOR IS ALL THERE BUT ITS DAMP INSIDE AND SEEMS AS THOUGH THE COVER KEPT THE CAR FROM BREATHING AND THEREFORE CREATED SOME RUSTY SPOTS. THE FLOOR BOARDS ARE SOLID AS WELL AS THE TRUNK. THE DOORS CLOSE LIKE A TANK AND ARE IN GREAT SHAPE. ITS AMAZING HOW STRAIGHT THE BODY IS AND HOW SOLID THE PANELS ARE. SOME PAINT PEEL ON PASSENGER SIDE AS SEEN IN PICTURES. THE FRONT BUMPER IS MINT AND THE REAR BUMPER IS VERY NICE WITH SOME RUST ON BOTTOM EDGE. CAR HAS HIDEAWAY HEADLIGHTS IN THE MINT CONDITION GRILLE. HAS ORIGINAL 8 LUG WHEELS WITH TRIM AND CENTERS. THIS CAR IS A GREAT CAR TO RESTORE. I HAVENT DONE A THING TO THIS CAR OR CHECKED ANYTHING ON IT. CAR SELLS WITH A BILL OF SALE AT NO RESERVE TO THE HIGH BIDDER AND HAS NO WARRANTEE OR GUARANTEE. BUYER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING OF VEHICLE. STARTING THE BIDDING AT THE PRICE OF THE FRONT BUMPER AT ONLY $1500. ASK ANY QUESTIONS AND PLEASE NO ZERO FEEDBACK BIDDERS WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION TO BID OR SELLER RESERVES RIGHT TO REFUSE AND/OR CANCEL BID AND BLOCK FUTURE BIDDING. GOOD LUCK
