Car description

This 1954 Pontiac is a great looking coupe. The best looking of the bunch with the pillar less doors. The motor runs great with its new rebuilt carb. The motor also has new gaskets. A few other things to mention would be some chrome has been redone, brakes, springs, bushings, tires and rear axel serviced and cleaned. The car was apparently restored in the late 80s?? If so it is holding up nicely. This is no concourse car but a great looking and solid respectable driver. The interior is in good condition with it's all original interior. Carpet has been changed. Paint I would say is a 5 or 6 out of 10. Not that its bad but it's not perfect. It does however shine nicely. Chrome is very nice. Rear bumper is just good. And then again, some of the trim has been re-dipped and bright work polished. It's a hop in and go get ice cream kind of car. Will get looks but not going to get you a million at mecum or barrett Jackson. Feel free to ask questions. And please... only serious buyers. I will help with being present for your shipping company to pick up. Shipping is not at my expense. Also, title does not leave my hand until funds are cleared by bank. A 250.00 PayPal non refundable deposit is due at end of auction. Thanks everyone and good luck. One last thing, it's not as yellow as the pictures make it seem. I will get some more to see if I can capture it better.

A couple things I want to add because of lots of questions. The car has had repairs. It's not a perfect original untouched car. There is some bondo and a patchs. I can't take the car down to metal and give full detail. Like I said. Very nice driver car. Another was how it shift. I have had it out a couple times and shifted it manually. Works great. It also shifts auto too. When you come to a stop I had to tap gas pedal to get rpm down a little. It's like its sticky. I haven't put any time into it because I just planned on selling it. It runs great. It drives great. It goes through the gears. It's a nice cool car. Again ask me questions I want this to be a great and happy transaction.
