Car description

With hesitation, I've decided to sell my 1965 Pontiac Grand Prix. It has the original 389-4V engine, backed by a TH-400 Transmission. The car is all original with the exception of 1 repaint in 2009. All matching numbers. The interior is original as well right down to the factory AM radio. The car runs and drives great. Just yesterday, she was cruising at 100 mph! I just put brand new 14" tires all the way around with 60k warranty and dual Flowmaster exhaust. She sounds good!
The floor pans are solid as the rest of the car. The trunk pan however, has some small pinholes in it and would need repair. I would probably just replace the trunk pan. The stainless trim is all good but some of it has a little pitting here and there but still shines. The rear bumper need re-chroming (my opinion). The weather stripping around the doors and trunk needs replacing. She stays in the garage so I haven't gotten around to that yet. There is a small separation in the drivers seat (see pics) backrest and a worn spot in the drivers side carpet. It basically needs all these cosmetic things to make it like new and I had hopes of doing all that but priorities have changed.
She's a great driver/cruiser as she is but if you want a show car, she's gonna need some make-up and a little jewelry. I hate to see her go but I need the room and like I said, priorities have changed. These cars are getting harder and harder to find in this condition without being molested or cut on and ruined. This one is original, unrestored and ready to drive or restore then drive or drive it while you restore it.
The car is located in Jacksonville Florida. I will assist in meeting a shipper but all logistics and cost of shipping is the buyers responsibility. The car will not leave my possession though, until funds are in my bank account, no exceptions. Not trying to be rude but with today's scams, it's for mine and your protection it's done that way. I will take a non-refundable $500 deposit via PayPal but if you want to pay the total balance via PayPal, the associated fees that PP charges will be added to the total (I think it's 3%).
Anyway, if you want a cool car that turns heads everywhere she goes, this is one that will do it. Happy bidding!
