This 1960 Pontiac Catalina is a very detailed. show quality. well thought out. old school sleeper. street rod. cruiser. The drivetrain has less than 5000 miles since a 1993 frame off restoration and the paint. trim. interior etc. have less than 1000 miles since a 2007 frame on detail restoration. In 1993 it was done more as a street rod custom and in 2007 done as better than stock. uniquely optioned with a Super-Duty feel. This has been done with an open checkbook. no time limit. hours of hand crafting and a lot of searching for NOS and or Very Rare parts. It has a 1964 389 . 030 block. 1967 GTO 670 heads. 1965 tri-power. MSD. Ultradyne cam. NASCAR 4x2x1 exhaust manifolds with factory cut-outs. an original tri-power breather and Super-Duty valve covers. A Richmond Gear 4+1 5 Speed and a 3:23 rear with a clutch-pack posi. The 15x7 8-Lug wheels are by Diamond Racing and have been powder-coated. BF Goodrich radials and power brakes. Everything in the suspension is new. Front and Rear sway bars. The completely new interior is Bonneville triple maroon by Harry Samual with Rare Hard-Back Buckets. A poly-urathene steering wheel and a rear arm-rest. All original patterns including the headliner and package tray. All new glass in the original green tint with new frames and regulators. All new felts and rubber parts. The bumpers have been smoothed. It has the original grill and the aluminum grill parts have been chrome plated. All the trim has been polished. re-plated or replaced with NOS. All the front and rear lenses are NOS. As stated this is a show quality car. It is a lot of fun to drive. It is Very old school in a modern way ie wide radials. 5 speed. 2 stage paint. wired for satellite radio and a single rear speaker. It will take you back to 1961 very much in style.
