Car description

Selling this beautiful restored 1973 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Buccaneer Red 455 Factory 4 Speed car at NO RESERVE!!!!VIN#2V87Y3N130041buccaneer red with non matching numbers however period correct pontiac 455 engine
MECHANICAL- rebuilt pontiac 455 with the pontiac 4x heads, performer pontiac intake manifold, original rebuilt manual choke quadrajet carburetor, dual flowmaster catless exhaust system, original rebuilt positrac rear end with disc brakes up front and drum brakes on rears, new shocks/suspension
TRANSMISSION- rebuilt 4 Speed Muncie Transmission (reverse,1st,2nd are smooth 3rd and 4th go in without grinds but have to be pushed in, nothing major to where it needed fixing or bothered me enough because I've figured out her sweet spot already)
ELECTRICAL- headlights work, signal lights work, brake lights work but sometimes stay on after you hit the brakes and I've noticed its the pedal that doesn't spring back all the way some times again minor issue, the gauges all work fine but the fuel gauge jumps around with the movement of the car and can sometimes be deceiving, car has no air condition I bought it like that and see that it barely gets driven on a hot day I never had it installed but most of the parts are there behind the dash, radio works just fine/sounds great and is a vintage look but modern tech.
INTERIOR- all interior had been replaced or restored from the restoration and it was a couple years ago so theres some minimal use signs like 1 vent on passenger side of the dash keeps popping out of place, dome light stopped working, no rear seat belts (never had them when i purchased at auction)
EXTERIOR- the Paint job is ppg and phenomenal with a straight mirror show finish it was done correctly and get compliments all the time was told all rust areas were cut and replaced by the painter himself that there were no expenses spared now there are some minor rock chips no bigger then 1/8th inch and I've counted 5 (already been touch up) and the body lines are great but not perfectly gapped all around, starting with the front bumper it is original so I've been told the rubber had shrink and causes the gap thats there (very minor just a disclosure) see pics, the hood to fenders are fine, hood sits a tad higher when shut but if u manually push down on it will sit flush, driver door opens and closes perfectly the passenger door has to have the window down a little or else will be to tight to shut but can roll up the window afterwards due to the new weatherstrippinginstalled, window cranks work just fine, trunk works just fine is tight also with the new weatherstrip and that caused a slight higher lift on the 3 piece spoiler aligning (very minor not noticeable)
WHEELS- rims are the yearone 17inch honecomb wheels on some nice 275/40 BF Goodrich g force tires. along with original sparetire set in trunk.
** Overall this is one SWEET RIDE and I give it a solid 8 from a 1 to 10 scale with 10 being perfect! If you have any more questions or need specific information that I've missed please msg me here or call me or come by and see in person!thanks and happy bidding! Clear texas title in hand,
**Car is being sold as is where is with no warranty I recommendyou come see and drive the car in person before bidding and I reserve the right to close auction prior to end date as it is being sold locally also.
