I am selling my Bandit car due to adverse business conditions. It is a real 1977 Special Edition T top car with 4 speed and original Pontiac 400 motor. The drive train is matching numbers and I have all the PHS documents on the car. This is a very rare car and the most desirable Bandit car. I had always wanted one when I was a kid and I found this one and had a complete frame off restoration done to it. The paint is beautiful. the interior is beautiful and the mechanicals have been completely gone through. The frame was completely sandblasted and refinished. The engine was in good shape and the cylinders were honed and crank polished with all new bearings and a new Pontiac 068 cam. Heads were cleaned and rebuilt and we fixed the original exhaust manifolds and put them back on the car. The transmission was spun and checked and the clutch replaced. the rear end was checked and bearings and seals replaced. Car had its original carb which was rebuilt along with the distributer and alternator which I think all are original to the car. Interior completely redone as was the exterior paint and stickers. All rusty exterior metal was cut out and replaced with new panels. I believe the passenger floor pan was replaced. I also demanded that only an absolute minimum of filler be used on the car necessary to make it straight. The only issues with the car that I am aware of are:1. Heat and Air does not blow. I checked the fuse and it is good so it must be a relay switch somewhere. There is a new heater core and blower motor and all the ac parts are on the car so there is really no reason why it does not work. It needs to be troubleshot but I never really cared because I only use it for car shows in the summer and would take the t tops off. 2. Rear window defrost does not work3. Side windows and rear window have some slight scratches because I did not see any need to replace them. I put the Year 1 snowflakes on the car and a Pypes dual exhaust setup. I have clear title in hand. I am pricing the car very reasonably with no reserve so bid to win. The winning bidder is welcome to bring inspectors and a magnifying glass to inspect the car at the close of auction but once it leaves my property the sale is finalI need 1000. 00 deposit at close of auction and I will refund the deposit to the winning bidder if it does not meet the description above.
