Car description

Up for sale is my dads beloved 87 Fiero GT V8 chop top (production #008) This car is in excellent condition, runs and drives great, has plenty of power and handles wonderfully. The engine installation, suspension, rockers and roof chop was done professionally at V8-Archies shop and is number 8 out of 27 built. It got a very nice professional paint job at 107k miles, just after completing the build. The car has been meticulously maintained and has less than 10k miles on the brand new engine. Oil was changed every 3k miles using only Mobile one. The transmission fluid was recently replaced with synchromesh, coolant flush done, rotors are straight and pads are still thick. My dad loves this car and has always driven it with care, he is just getting to old to drive it anymore. The car is Located in Bellingham Washington. Factory options: Power windows, power mirrors, power locks, tilt wheel, A/C, rear deck release. Engine upgrade: Brand new GM crate 350 H.O with Vortec heads, Vortec intake manifold for TPI conversion, TPI fuel injection, Grand national fuel pump, Sanderson ceramic coated headers, Spiral mufflers and monza style exhaust resonator tips, no cats, full Archie master install kit with HD radiator. Also has new plugs and plug wires. Transmission: Getrag 5 speed with centerforc duel friction clutch, new clutch slave cylinder, Rodney Dickman short shifter. Suspension and Brakes: New lowering springs all around, (has proper ride height and wheel gap for a chop top) KYB shocks, all new poly bushings front and rear. Archies master Big Brake Kit. Interior: Black leather seats, black carpets, black headliner, black dash, leather shift knob, leather wheel, leather door panels, most of the switches and buttons are brand new. Stereo is original but works and has new speakers installed. Exterior: Roof and pillars chopped and lowered 3" by V8-Archies. GM arctic white paint, all black side molding was repainted. The IRM rockers and scoops were installed by Archie and are reinforced and glasses in for a seamless finish. All fitting is spot on and the doors are solid with no sagging. New quarter windows as well. Wheels and tires: Millie Miglia EVO-5 17x7 in the back and 17x8 up front. Running on a very nice set of TOYO Proxy R1R's. NOTE: Autocheck says there was flood damage but I have the title in hand and it doesn't say anything about water damage. The title was corrected in 1999 to a clean title, the water damage was a mistake so the car has a clean title and does NOT have any water damage. The car was stripped down to the bare chassis during the rebuild and there was no signs of any water damage whatsoever and all was solid, straight, and rust free. The car was professionally appraised 2 years ago at $21k and $40 to build, I can provide the appraisal upon request.
