1968 Pontiac Firebird

1968 Firebird. 350 CHEVY motor with a 700r4 transmission. Motor has a healthy sounding Comp Cam. ong tube headers with Flowmaster with dumps. The motor sound awesome. Motor has less than 3000 miles on it and has great oil pressure and runs real cool has serpentine belt set up. This car runs and drives great. I have put a lot of time and money into this old bird. This car is very solid I replaced a lot of sheet metal on her. You can hop in this car and drive anywhere. floors and trunk are in good shape. The car could stand to have the gears changed out due to the overdrive transmission. The paint on this car was suppose to be just temporary and it needs to be have a little more work done on the body and then a nice paint jpb put on it. The tail light panel needs some more work done to get it perfect. it was bent when I got the car and I hammered it out and used a little filler. The car has had a lot of work done I list below. . The Good-New full quarter on passenger side. quarter skin on drivers side. new passenger door and fender. new upper dash. new filler panel between rear window and trunk. drivers door reskinned . new tires and alignment. new shocks all the way around. new windshield. new carpet. tubular control arms. power disk brakes. new power steering high pressure hose. The Bad- heater doesn't work(blowerbad core) speedometer doesn't work due to the 700r4swap. Dash lights do not work. front blinkers do not work. Radio is old and doesn't work. dome light is bad. I love this car and have a lot of blood sweat and tears in it. I have a ton of other projects and unfortunately I just don't get to drive it like she should get driven. I hope someone can get her and finish it up and it super nice! The car is titled in my name and will just have to go down to the DMV to print me one up. here in Florida we get a choice to have them sent to us or not once we title a car.
