Car description |
---|
Thanks for your interest, this is a beautiful 1977 Trans Am. It is a great looking rust free car and I hope I have done it justice in the pictures. I have included what I can in the following description:
Engine:
GM Mark V zz502 crate engine
Timing Chain: Billet Clayes True Roller 9-3510tx9
Reed Cams Int24/exh26
Harland Charp AL Roller Rockers 1.7
Edelbrock 2.19/1.88 Valves
Lunati Mechanical Lifters
Eagle H-Beam Rods
SRP Forged Pistons 12.5:1 Compression
MSD 6A + Blaster Coil
Demon Carburetor
Oversized Radiator
Suspension/Drivetrain:
Competition Engineering Slide - a - Link traction bar
Ford 9" Differential - Detroit Locker
Long HN1000 Shifter
Doug Nash/Richmond Gear 5 Speed 407-0009
LakeWood Bell Housing & Engine Plate #9500 & #15705
Hurst Roll Control # 1745000
Custom Balanced Pro Style Fine Spline Drive Line by Gaumer Industries
Weld Pro 5 Star wheels with Hoosier 'street slick' tires
The car is not perfect, it is missing the spring/latch assembly for the hood, the interior is probably a 7/8 out of 10, it looks good but the seats and carpet show their age. The paint is again probably a 7/8 out of 10, looks good and shines but is the original as far as we know and there is a little piece of rubber trim around the driver side rear wheel that might need replacing. I do have the original hood for the car as well as a second set of narrow front wheels/tires. A video walk around at idle is available at https://youtu.be/WC4G48cSUQw and an under hood video is available at https://youtu.be/FgUGWKz2H28.
