1979 Pontiac Firebird- Project

1979 Pontiac firebird needing restoration. Seems to be complete. Good project car.
V8 engine (previous owner said it was a 305) cranks and will turn over but does not fire up. Trans is out of the the car but is included.
See pics for body condition. Front passenger floor pan is weak, all other floors are good. Trunk is good. Body has a bad spot behind the passenger door that has caused a rust through hole. Solid around the back window. All glass is good.
Apparently the steering column has been changed as it has a gear shift lever on it. (see pic) I do not know the history of this as this is how the car was when I got it.
