Car description |
---|
First and foremost: THIS CAR IS IN THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI TITLES WERE NOT USED UNTIL 1969! THIS CAR DOES NOT HAVE A TITLE! Bill of sale ONLY.
This 1948 Pontiac is in very good shape for a builder. The car is very straight! The doors are solid with no rust, front caps has no rust as well! The floors could use some patching and the rockers are pretty darn good but could use some attention. The rear trunk pan where it meets the rear body panel has a little rust as well. This is by no means a rot box! I am currently restoring a 55 Chevy with much more substantialrust! I bought the car tobuild a Hot Rod as someone has done that previously. It looks as though there was a ford in it at one point judging by the parts found in the car. However, I have never tried to put a motor on those motor mounts. The frame was painted yellow at some point but is solid and straight. The interior is in need of restoration but I feel that most of the important bits are there. If you have ANY questions or need more pictures PLEASE send me a message. I am open to trades of 55 Chevy parts!
Shipping: I WILL NOT SHIP! I will assist in loading the car if you arrangeshipping. However, the car must be paid for and picked up within 7 days of the end of the auction unless an arraignment has been made prior to the end of the auction.
