Car description |
---|
This is a clean, second owner Fiero. Original black car. Registered and clean CA title in-hand. Recently passed smog, no problem. Used for commuting and enthusiast/spirited driving since 2006. Recently retired from daily service.
Fieros are great cars. 2900 lbs, rock-solid Monocoque steel chassis, 150+ horsepower, loads of low-end torque, very nimble and surprisingly fast. Huge support & following online. "The Fiero Store" picks up where GM left off.
Purchased in 2006 with only 65,000 original miles, now has 169,000. Original 2.8 V6 engine and 4 speed manual transmission. GT 15" factory alloys. Original factory exhaust, muffler & tips. Late model (2001-ish) Pontiac CD player upgrade that seamlessly matches the dash style and illumination color. Original black paint, very clean grey cloth interior, with only minor wear and tear. Gets mid-20's MPG. Does not require premium gas. Runs and drives great.
What the car still needs:
1. Paint, clear-coat is gone
2. Plastic quarter-window "sails" are broken and/or missing (available online)
3. Tires are 50% worn
4. Headlight motor gearbox just went out, fixed in up position
5. Lower door skin damage, plastic skin is replaceable
6. Minor front bumper cover and hood damage
