I OWNED THIS 69 FOR 2 YEARS AND WHAT A NICE CAR.
runs and drive great lots of power!
Purchased it from my father after he moved from California to Memphis TN a couple years ago. Hes getting up in age and has plenty of vintage vehicles to play around with. I planned on keeping this 69 around but you know how that goes....you buy a 70 cutlass convertible and everything else gets sold or neglected to get it restored. I had to make a decision and decided someone would get more out of this car than me simply storing it away.
Engine is a 400 but im not sure if its original.
Transmission is an automatic 400 i believe.
the radiator is a heavy duty racing on that my dad put in.
I believe the car was originally a light blue but dad loves red so he painted it RED! I hate Red! which is another reason its up for sale.
Engine runs good.
Tranny shifts good but something may be going on with the linkage because you'll need to play with it a little in order for it to go in gear. Im no mechanic by far just trying to be up front and truthful about everything.
Exterior: virtually rust free. a few small scratches in the paint.
Interior: really good shape as you can see from the pics, a few cracks here and there. not perfect by far.
Brakes are good.
tires and rims are 20inch.
Dual Exhaust
the headlights and signals may need fuses.
Windows work
trunk needs new lock
floor and trunk pans are good
frame is good.
