Car description |

Seven Hills Motorcars is proud to offer our 1978 Formula for sale in excellent driver condition and priced to sell. This beautiful Formula features a rare driveline consisting of a manual 4 speed transmission with a Chevy V8 engine as ordered from the factory. This car has a very nice professional exterior repaint in original Martinique Blue with new Formula decals. The Black deluxe vinyl interior is in excellent stock condition. This is the correct and factory original color scheme as verified by the codes on the trim tag pictured below. Also included are the original Bill of Sale, partial build sheet, nd PHS documents authenticating the car. It looks great, uns awesome, nd is fun to drive. This is an excellent opportunity to own a classic Formula that is ready to be used and enjoyed at an unbeatable value. One could easily buy this car now and sell it for more than the purchase price in years to come. Please peruse all of the photos, ideo, nd information below to get a true sense of nice this Formula really is. We have personally driven this Trans Am almost 1,000 miles in the past few months. During that time the car ran great, as completely reliable, nd a true pleasure to drive. I wouldn't hesitate to hop in and take a road trip right now. The engine has been rebuilt and during the process the block was decked. When that occurs the VIN stamp on the engine block is machined off. That means that it cannot be verified that the engine is original to the car. The transmission is correct and original with the last six digits of the VIN, 192258, tamped on the main case and pictured below. The car has a very late build date and rolled off the assembly line during the first week of August 1978; the build date on the trim tag, quot;08A," is pictured below. All of the trim and color codes on the trim tag are also correct for the car.
As a side note, his Formula is not a dealer auction vehicle. We hand pick each car after careful inspection. Our classics come from owners who expect their cars to go to someone that will give the vehicle the same care and attention as they did. We invite and encourage you to examine the car in person or have the car inspected. Please take the time to scrutinize each picture. We photograph each vehicle to the greatest extent so you can feel confident about your purchase. If you have a question about the Pontiac, ust give us a call.
