I am selling my 1977 Trans Am . This is a pretty solid car. I have stored it in my shop since I have owned it. It does not need much rust repair. A little floor pan patching, nd under the rear glass at the bottom. And the outside patina! The car was taken out of service in 1988. It is a California car. This car had a lot of money spent on it in the 80's. It has a shifter with a separate gate for racing. The interior is decent in the car for its age. The 455 would not turn over when I got it. I pulled it and took the heads off and the oil pan. It was just seized from sitting too long. The bore is very standard. I am not sure if it would need to be bored or not. I did not take the short block apart. I just wanted to be sure there was not a catastrophic failure. The engine is good to rebuild. It has a TH-350 transmission. I am throwing in the other parts I got for the build. The honeycomb wheels,, ome 4x heads to put it at 9 -9.5 to 1 compression, nd an aluminum intake. The car is 99% there.Odometer says 48k. I think there is a very good chance that is the original miles. I will give it a shot to sell on Ebay . If it does not sell keep watchin, t may be back about February or March. I purchased this car from Richard Ellington, ather of Shawn (Murder Nova) off of Street Outlaws. A super nice guy. I have too many projects so a couple of them must go so I can finish my 69 Camaro. I will lower the price if it does not sell. This is a 21 day listing so keep watching! Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.A $1000 immediate non-refundable deposit required when you hit buy it now. The rest of the payment is due within a week. Once the car is paid for, t can stay at my shop for 60 days if you need time to pick it up. I have a clear Oklahoma title in my name. Call with any questions, 05-550-9505.12-4 The block is casting # 485428. It is a 1973 block which was one of the better castings. The block was factory tapped for 4 bolt mains, lthough it left the factory with 2 bolt mains. The 4X heads were factory tapped for screw in studs and have the very big valves!
