She is factory equipped with a 4 speed close ratio manual shift transmission with 4.33 Posi-Traction rear axle, s verified by the PHS docs. Accordingto PHS,only 5 black on black Ram Air GTO convertible are known to have been produced. The '68 Ram Air GTO is the only convertible GM equipped with a 4.33 rear end as standard equipment.
