1969 Pontiac Firebird 350 Auto not running

1969 Firebird 350 Pontiac V8 (not running at the moment) Turbo 400 (I think) auto trans solid frame throughout. Floors and trunk floor replaced with metal a few years ago. She been sitting inside and seems to be a complete car. Does have some bondo and will need a radiator. I think it was Red with black interior no AC $4500 is the absolute bottom dollar I will sell for. I have clean Title. Will sell Internationally and for a flat $400 fee will have Firebird delivered to the Port of your choice in New York or New Jersey.
