**scroll way down 50 pics below)**1972 Pontiac LeMans GTO street strip project car. I dont know much about this car as the builder of it passed away, will do my best to describe it. its a 1972, dont think its a real GTO, ooks to be a clone. It has a full bolt on fiberglass nose, ift off glass hood. all else is original steel. there is no headlight wiring harness, ll window glass is nice. it has been mini tubbed, nd the rear frame rails have been sliced and narrowed, ery nicely done. 12 bolt rear end with a spool/locker (gears unknown) drum brakes on rear, SM lower control arms, way bar. has a nice inner trunk structure built and an aluminum tin work, uel cell, attery in trunk and a nitrous bottle and line. The fuel cell needs to be cleaned out and the fill neck of the cell is rusty around the rim (first time I have ever seen that happen). external battery kill switch mounted on right rear. it has Weld Draglite wheels front and rear with Mickey Thompson ET street rear tires 28x12.5x15 with tubes in them the fronts are MT fronts but have some dry rot starting, ears are like new. The frame of the car is solid with no issues and its painted black. the body is also solid and the paint is a 10 footer, t has a couple bumps and scrapes but nothing too awful (see pics for the worst of it on drivers quarter). te rear floors have a couple patches over holes, oesnt affect anything just cosmetic, he rear bumper was painted at one time but the paint is now flaking off it. the glass nose fits OK, ody lines could use some adjusting it has a roll bar inside, he drivers door bar was cut out to make it a swing out bar. Included with the car are two Competition Engineering swing out kits to be able to finish the job as well as make the pass bar into a swing out also. the interior is in pretty good shape, lastic racing seats with sliding tracks, urst Quarter stick shifter, ear seat is nice, eadliner is nice, ash pad has some cracks, ach is missing from gauge cluster. has a Painless wiring control box switch panel. The engine is a 400cu (not sure of year but its YC code) it has 6x heads, RP head bolts, eaders with thermo wrap, oller rockers, alve cover spacers and edelbrock vave covers. Edelbrock Victor Pontiac intake, olley carb (carb needs to be rebuilt its frozen) Pro Comp HEI distributor, eziere electric water pump SFI rated balancer,, orthern HD aluminum radiator, as -8 AN line run up from the fuel cell down one frame rail to the engine. the transmission has a high stall converter, s well as an SFI shield. internals are unknown. the engine oil looks new and clean, HAVE MADE NO ATTEMPT TO START THIS CAR OR POWER IT UP!! it needs the carb rebuilt and the fuel system cleaned and fresh gas before it can run again. also a general going over, heck wiring etc. cam specs are unknown and bottom end parts are unknown. someone spent a lot of money on this car so i fully expect there to be quality parts in the bottom end of the engine. It is unknown what it was running for times I wish i had the time to get it up and running but other projects come first so this is up for sale. It will come with a valid NH registration, H does not issue titles to cars this old, oogle NH title laws, ll the paperwork you need to register this car will come with it. This is an awesome easy project car that has a ton of good parts and a lot of money has been spent here. will make somebody very happy for the money. there is a pile of stainless trim and bumper brackets and misc that goes with it (see pics) full payment is due within 3 days of auction end, ar should be picked up within a few weeks. if you have less than 5 feedbacks please contact me first to verify you are a serious buyer.
