Non numbers matching, 966 389 block and heads has new crank, new bearings, new cam, ush rods and rockers all from Butler Performance - I have all receipts, otor only has about 5,000 miles on it. Has tri power with ram air, intage heat and air, ower steering, ower disc brakes, as headers with true dual exhaust with magnaflows sounds awesome. Cooling: Aluminum radiator cooled by dual electric fans. Electrical: Has new electronic ignition ( looks like original ) wiring harness is about 2 yrs. old all lights and gauges work as they should. Tranny: Muncie 4spd. that was freshen up while we had the motor out. Rearend; 355 posi rearend with new bearings and seals while motor was out. New digital stereo ( looks like original ) with Ipod player/charger with upgraded speakers in the kick panels and dash. New convertible top ( about 1 year old ) professionally installed, new parade boot. Interior: interior with bucket seat in almost perfect condition and has new GTO floor mats. Body: Started out as a tempest custom, ll original body panels and floors except for the back filler panel was changed to accept the GTO tail lights. ALL ORIGINAL AND RUST FREE!! Paint: Paint is 9-10 yrs. old and has plenty of depth that shines like new. It has a few minor chips from normal use nothing major at all - very small - the good thing about the age of the paint is there are no surprises underneath the paint at all.
I put this car up for sale at the beginning of summer and honestly I wasn't ready to sell it, have since bought my dream car ( 59 Cadillac Coupe Deville ) so I must sell this one I need to room. This classic is priced to drive and enjoy. I've had a lot of cars over the years but I think this one gets the most attention of all of them, real head turner. It has everything you want in a muscle car and most of all it's affordable. http://youtu.be/w552xzYhr2M here's a video of the car running.
