1966 PONTIAC GTO CONVERTIBLE FOR RESTORATION. REAL 242 GTORarely does an awesome project like this come along. The car retains its original transmission and rear end.There is no motor in the car but an October 1965 dated, T coded, 89 block and heads are included with the sale. The motor is apart but has the parts included to assemble.

The heads are "093" heads which are only correct for the 1966 Pontiac 389 and 421 engines. There are new pistons and rings.The heads look to have been rebuilt very recently. There is also a correct intake manifold included.The car has an extra nice interior. seats, oor panel and dash pad have no rips or cracking. Power top looks to be in good shape and a parade boot is included.All the glass is in great shape.The frame is in really nice shape. There is some metal work needed to the floor, ody panels and trunk.The car comes with a bunch of parts including an air filter and parade boot for the top.PLEASE READ BELOW CAREFULLY This car is a project and needs a complete restoration.
