This car was owned by the same person for almost 20 years. When he got the car he went with the Pro touring style because the original engine was not in the car. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, nterior, nd driveline of the Pontiac, ut first we would like to tell you a little about us.

We will start off with the exterior of the Trans Am. It’s laser straight with good fit and finish of the panels. It’s done in Polar White with the Blue Stripes. The paint on this car is fresh and looks great. The jams and inside the trunk are clean and done well. When this car was built all the glass and weather stripping was replaced. The final exterior touch is the set of American Racing Wheel Gray Torque Thrust with BFG Tires with 275’s up front and 315’s out back.
Next, e will take a look at the interior of the ’70. On the inside it done in the correct blue and was installed all new at the time of the resto from the headliner to the carpet. The door panels are from year one to accommodate the custom stereo that was done well. The sound system is by Arc Audio it has the custom fit sub and amp in the trunk with the Kenwood deck. It has the correct seats and console. The seat belts have been replaced with Simpson safety restraints.
Finally, e will take a look at the driveline of the Pontiac. Under the hood it’s powered by a 462 CI Pontiac Engine that is a beast. It’s built to Ram IV spec but better. The heads were done by Ben Barnes in Asheville, C and it’s cooled by a large Aluminum radiator with dual fans. The trans is a 400 Turbo built by Cooks Transmissions in Spartanburg, C with a billet Torque Converter. Out back the rear end is a new 12 Bolt Posi with 3.55 gears. The engine puts out about 550 HP. The exhaust starts with Hooker Super Comps that has Jet Hot Treatment with SpinTech X Pipes and Mufflers. Under this car the brakes are from Baer with 13” Rotors up front and 12” out back. It has Hotckis Suspension with Huge Sway Bras front and back. The shocks are from KYB.
