Car description |

For sale, n Absolutely Gorgeous, lymouth with only 59,560miles on it !(believed to be original)
This 1941 Plymouth Business Coupe was a purchased as a rust free survivor car, ith low miles and in incredible condition.A survivor car, eing it had the original paint, riginal interior, hrome, tainless, heels, eck it even had the original spare that was never on the car. After showing it as a survivor car,in the "All Original" categories, here the carwon everything it entered, the owner who was in his early 70s decided to do a full restoration of the car. The car underwent a high end restoration with no expenses spared. The engines internalswere upgraded tothe later model 230 ciPlymouth, ncreasing thehorsepower considerably and all mechanicals where brought back to new condition. Big $ New Old Stock parts were what was used and for a 1941, hat took him a great deal of time and money.
The pictures will provide you will a good idea of its condition. Oncethe car was restored,he showed the carand won pretty much every show it was entered in to.
The car has been driven less than250 miles since its restoration. It is not a trailer queen as there are some minor stone chips which have been fixed with touch up paint. Youwould have to be extremely close to even notice.
The car was kept in heated and air conditioned garage in Missouri, ntil the owner fell ill and sold me the car.It was moved to PA where it was placed in heated storage. My intentionwas for the transmission to be upgraded to a 1940 overdrive, hich was available as a dealer option in the day. The overdrive was never installed andhas now been sold, lthough the buyer will have an option to buy a vintage overdrive, ompletely rebuilt by the master of the overdrives -George Asche.George always has a long waiting list for overdrives, now in his mid-80s, his is a rare chance to jump the line for an overdrive.
The car has a clear Missourititle. I will also offer to have it imported and titled in Ontario Canadaat no additional cost to the new buyer.
This is without question the finest 1941 Plymouth Business Coupe available for sale anywhere.
