Car description |

This 1934 Plymouth 5-Window Coupe is a steel-bodied street machine. The vibrant paint, V8 power, mean stance, and upgraded suspension all tell you this is built for performance, but as you dig deeper, you'll also find a very comfortable and complete build.
This coupe is out to be bold in everything it does, and you know that from the moment you see the paint. Screaming Yellow and Alpine Silver are two of the most vibrant colors you can get your hands on, so this one feels like it glows day or night. It uses a red pinstripe to clearly divide both colors, which draws extra attention to the custom application (don't you just love how the silver dips low in front to draw even more attention to the grille?) They chopped the roof on this steel-bodied car and eliminated all non-essential trim, so it looks absolutely sleek. Plus, the rear wheels are so wide that it looks like this body can barely contain them. So it has the stance and attitude you want from such a boldly painted custom.
For a car with such a charged exterior, you may not expect such a comfy interior. It starts with a bench seat finished in a comfy velour. They left room for flair with a distinct button and stitching pattern that's also repeated on the door panels. You've also got an AM/FM/CD stereo with Bluetooth mounted in an overhead console, and there are provisions for R134a air conditioning. Of course, you can't escape the performance feeling (nor would you want to.) You get the tingle of power from the wood-rimmed Grant steering wheel, performance shifter, crisp upgraded gauges, and a large SunPro tach mounted high on the dash.
That butterfly hood is likely to attract a crowd, and so is what's inside it. Chevy's mighty 350 cubic-inch small block is looking quite nice with a shining air topper, Edelbrock valve covers, and an overall tidy setup. Plus, it has the right go-fast goodies like a Holley four-barrel carburetor an Edelbrock hi-rise intake, and ceramic-coated shorty headers feeding a glasspack-style side pipe exhaust. A 700r4 four-speed automatic transmission connects to the beefed-up Ford 9-inch rear. The front suspension is an upgraded Mustang II-style unit, and the rear is a four-link with stabilizer bar and adjustable coilovers. And while this has a powerful attitude, features like power steering and four-wheel power disc brakes are easy to enjoy any time.
Plymouths are already an interesting and rare street rod, and this one just takes it to a new level with its full performance attitude. So if you love a bold and custom coupe, call today!
