Car description

1964 Chrysler 880
4 dr Hardtop
9p Wagon
AZ desert survivor

THE 4 door Hardtop was only built from 61-64
FAIR RESERVE ...bid on it to win !
One of the coolest Wagons to ever leave Detroit, and one of the rarest
VERY LOW PRODUCTION MODEL WAGON, around 1200 aprox where built
when new in 64 from what I can gather on the web.
I cant imagine that even 100 are still in existance.
THIS is a well loaded car as well and will put a smile on your
face every time you go out to work on it.
I think it would RESTO-MOD very well, with some updated rims and
tires, interior and l leave the outside un-touched. Just my 2¢

We suggest viewing our auction on normal large monitors
and or tablet to get the most out of our large easy to view pics.
Desert Survivor being sold by a very legit Ebay seller
If you have any concerns about our vehicle, please ask or dont
bid on it.
FEEDBACK !!! if you cant take 10 min to read thru our feedback
on the cars we have sold here over the last 10 yrs, then you also
shouldnt be bidding on our auctions. Ebay offers our Feedback rating
for a reason,... try trusting it.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
This MOPAR has been in Az for many moons, possibly its whole life. It was retired and
put away about 8 yrs ago where it just sat for aprox the last 8 yrs. Engine turns
over by hand okay, and alot of new parts where recently bought for it for under the
hood to get it back to being a driver. The new parts come with the car: (water pump,
upper and lower rad hoses, accessory belts, thermostat and more) not yet installed.
Also comes with a box of new brake parts: (master cylinder, some wheel cylinders and more)
Its a 9 passenger wagon too. The last time this car was registered was in
1971. It show about 125k on the odometer and it really could be original.
Motor turns over freely, but it needs at least some work done to the wiring
before it will run, along with some other things obviously. I put a battery in it but
when using the key, it wont crank, there no power getting to the starter using
the key right now. Im working on it this week to try and whats up. We
have over 100 pics in our ad to verify our claims. Needs obvious interior work
too. The patina outside is kinda cool and would make a cool sleeper.
SEE PLENTY OF PICS BELOW TO SEE THE STORY.
MUCH MORE INFO BELOW
ITS NOT RESTORED it is a used car and could use some restoration.

DONT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE THE FUNDS IN HAND
BUILD ANYWAY YOU WANT, NO HARM NO FOUL !
Excellent Investment / Clean Clear Arizona Title

If you have under 10 feedbacks, Ill be emailing you if you bid to
make sure you are legit, if we do please reply or we will cancel your bid.
Up for Auction: I wont end it early, sorry.

DRIVETRAIN: Under the hood is very complete for the most
part, and very original 361 V8 with a pushbutton 3 spd auto trans.
Very rare factory in dash A/C which in a Chrysler this yr is almost
unheard of. Also has PS and PB too. Was a well load wagon from
the factory. With some wiring fix,and a fresh source of gas, it may run.
With a weekend of work on it, it may be drive around the block.
No brakes at the moment. Radiator comes with the car too, its just
been removed to do the water pump. The orig ehaust is pretty toasty.

INTERIOR: take a look at the pics, the cars been in AZ pretty
much its whole life and the interior mostly complete, needs some
restoring here too. Currently the front floor pan has small holes, yes..
but its mostly solid and usable as is, its not a Flintstone mobile. Az has
been very nice to the floorboards as well. Its dilapidatedyes, but not
un restorable either. Glass is ALL good, but the windshield I think has
a crack. I couldnt get the rear window to roll down yet. The 3rd row
seats havent been used in over 40 yrs. The floor on the 3rd row did get
rust, but its flat and looks to be a fairly easy repair.
All 4 windows roll up and down but the tracks are very dry and they
do some help. Expect the interior to be very dry and old.

EXTERIOR:the body is very straight for its age, dont see too
much sign of any major damage, EXCEPT the pass side, both doors
did get some minor damage, but open and close fine. Whats left of
the original paint, is 40+ yrs of mother nature doing what she does best
to old enamel paint in the Az climate. Rest of the body is in pretty amazing shape as is the stainless trim around the car. They dont make cars like
this anymore, and its sad. But this one will live on thats for sure.
Car use to have a roof rack, but it was removed a few yrs ago.
It commands alot of attention. Even AS IS with the paint issues,
people love it.

SUSPENSION:the suspension looks pretty much like the way
it came from the factory and complete. Im sure some of the bushings
are dry rot, and but Im sure the buyer has bigger plans for it.
The car comes with the original 14" steel wheels shown in the pics
but the tires are rollers at best and one goes low every few days.
BEST part about the suspension, Torsion Bar front end :)
Give it the rake it deserves.

Check out ALL the pics below ----->

it may take a full minute for them all to load ifyou have a
slow connection, so be patient AND looks for the extra scroll
bar on the right side.
Az gets maybe 12" a yr of rain and Az very dry climate.

Probably The BEST represented WAGONS on Ebay.

Shows you all the good as well as any bad.
We put a lot of time and effort in marketing our cars.
People wait months for a car this solid to come up for sale
and even if you have to pay shipping to your area, it still beats
paying a body shop to hopefully fix a rusty car for weeks.
Survivors are getting harder to find !
Also, if you buy a car thats been "restored", who knows what surprises are hidden under new paint or thick undercoating.
People are flipping cars all the time when most of the jobs are
fast, for a quick buck and quality suffers.

Email us with ANY questions before you bid please

Our Impeccable FEEDBACK speaks for itself. We show you as
much feasibly possible via pics.
Dont let auctions withlittle to no pics try to fool you.
If they cant take pics of areas under the car they are
