Car description

1970 Plymouth belvedere 1 owner barn find. 2 door coupe 6 cylinder. purchased from Richland auto inc. on 1-17-70 in O'neill Nebraska. was parked in 1984. Last oil change shows 7-1-1982 at 33,405. shows it was due back in at 34,900. Still has a couple packs of unopened cigarettes and his pipe with a package of pipe tobacco that were left. original paperwork, and window sticker. build sheet was under the back seat, see photo. Has original sales invoice with it showing a sale price of 2699.00 and he was credited a trade in allowance of 374.00 for a 1962 chrysler. Has Chrysler warranty paper work from 1-17-70. No trunk rust. no floor pan rust. does have a little in the rocker area i will take photos to show. There some galvanized rocker skirts at the bottom that are rivited. Im assuming he did that because he lived on gravel. Has a Sears aftermarket air conditione, see photos. Motor turned over and fired fuel. i don't think it will take much to get it running but the old gas will need drained, plugs, wires, fresh oil etc. i can make that happen for you for an additional 400$ tires are all weather cracked but hold air. there are mouse holes in the headline, see photos. It is a 3 speed on the column. has all jack equipment in the rear. If you need other photos or have other questions feel free to message me and i will get back to you. thank you

A couple of updates I didn't mention. the wing windows in the rear of the car work. The seats are the original seats. We put the car on the lift to further inspect and there is a little through rust in the rear seat where your feet go. very small. There is also some through rust at the middle boddy mount maybe 1 inch by 2 inches on both sides. there is no frame rot and no floor rust up front or in the trunk. The only rust is what i have pointed out. There are scratches, and a couple hail dings. I couldn't put more pictures in the listing but i will send you any pictures you ask me for. I have a 100 percent feedback rating and attribute that to being upfront so whatever you need from me, just ask. thank you.

Had a fellow mopar guy come out and take me to school. very thankful. The build sheet we found under the springs of the rear seat was a build sheet for a different car. A green car. He said it was very common that that would happen. He said they also put the build sheet in the back seat rear portion. We popped the rear portion of the seat and there it was. " how lucky" he said. Anyway now we can verify it has the original starter, original radiator, and original alternator. All of the glass is original except the windshield was replaced at one point. According to the build sheet he custom ordered the car. Ordered it with the the 225 motor. foam seats, ordered rear arm rests, glove box lock, cigar lighter, undercoat hood pad, heater control lamp, drip tray, and bumper guards. im going to post the tag exactly as it looks...
