Car description |
---|
For sale is a one of a kind Hemi Cuda. Fully built from unibody up at Horsepower Northwest in Washington state. @horsepower_northwest on Instagram. Built with all new high end parts, while staying true to the look of a Cuda. The car has some subtle modifications that most people wouldn't even notice. The glass is flushed, the front valence is a mix of 70/71 Cuda. Rear valence has the bumperette bulges smoothed out, nostrils in the hood are functional. Probably more I'm forgetting. 6.4L crate Hemi has Comp 274 cam, plus all the modifications needed to swap into a Cuda (there's a LOT). TTi ceramic headers, 3" exhaust with magnaflows. Steering is a Borgeson box, with flaming river tilt column, modified/beefed up QA1 k frame. full Hotchkis TVS suspension and shocks with some Firm Feel parts mixed in. Big 13" front and 12" rear Baer brakes. Chassis has extensive work done to make the car turn flat and handle like it's on rails. Frame rail connectors, torque boxes, upper fender braces, lower radiator support and lots more. Lots of custom work. Rear end is 8.75 with Yukon axles, new nodular Iron housing with Eaton true trac limited slip. 4" aluminum driveline. Transmission is a TREMEC T56 magnum 6 speed. QuickTime bellhousing, Hays Dragonclaw twin disc hydrolic clutch. Custom billet aluminum shifter, billet piston trunk hinges. Ring Bros billet hoodhinges. Interior is fairly stock. Boulsterd seats are out of a modern Mopar. Gauges are screen printed whitefaced modern units from Redline gaugeworks with numerical values for the watertemp and oil pressure so you know right where the engine is. Big aluminum radiator with dual fans. USB ports in the car to charge phones. Engine bay is clean, no wiring or computer. All hidden under the cowl. Modern American Autowiring harness and Mopar Hemi crate kit. Car is shot in PPG paint and clear, Modern Mopar Destroyer Gray color. Overall the car is amazing. It drives better then 99.9% of muscle cars out there. It's fast as hell and fun. Predicable under power, stable in corners and stops very very well. Interior is probably its weak point, most is restored original stuff that could be upgraded. Dash is perfect. It gets driven, so the carpet and lower door panels aren't perfect but that's to be expected. Paint is very nice, but there's a few minor flaws and a rock chip or two. Nothing terrible. Check out our page horsepower_northwest on Instagram. I'm sure there's all kinds of stuff I'm forgetting to mention. Feel free to contact me with any more questions. There's more pics and videos of the car on the page.
