Car description |

1965 Sport Fury
Up for sale is my 426 Sport Fury. It is a true 426 4 speed car. From information provided to me, it is believed to be all original drive train and one of 86 built. As you can see in the Vicari auction information it sold in 2007 for over $20k. If you look up Nada value, please make sure you look for the 80% add on for the 426 motor.
Motor runs good and strong. It is a little cold blooded, but once warmed up, you just hit the key and it fires right off. Has dual exhaust with Flowmasters and sounds very throaty
New interior that is very nicely done. Console light works, interior sail panel lights work, even the emergency brake indicator works.
Looks to have had a repaint some years ago with some filler on drivers quarter panel. It does have normal paint chips, but shows very well. Has one outward dent in drivers rear quarter the size of a half dollar. I am guessing something was not secure in trunk at some point in its life.
It currently does not have a radio installed, I have a 1965 am Mopar radio that conveys with sale.
I purchased this car to restore. I had planned on painting and re-chroming bumpers, but picked up another project that I am more interested in.
I strongly encourage you to inspect car before purchase as all sales are final.
Please let me know if you have any questions: Rocky (501-242-3291) Located about an hour west of Little Rock, AR.
Car is for sale locally and reserve the right to end auction at any time.
