1960 Valiant

1960 Valiant V200 sedan
Car starts, shifts and drives perfectly. Easily gets 30mpg on the highway. I have owned this car for 4 years. And during this time I have redone the carpeting and interior, converted to electronic ignition, converted to 14" wheels with excellent tires, installed an AM/FM radio and a new trunk mat.
There are 3 small spots where rust is bubbling under the paint. (see pictures) And the wipers do not work. I haven't ventured into finding out why.
The odometer reads 21,000. I find this hard to believe, but the pedals and steering wheel show very little wear.
I am the 3rd owner, the original owner lived in southern Missouri and the 2nd owner was a nephew to the original. His intentions were to repaint it also, but a severe accident left him partially disabled.
All it needs is a repaint, but age and other responsibilities prevent me from getting this accomplished, so I've decided to pass it on to someone else to finish.
