This listing is for one of those crazy nice rare cars that you occasionally see. It is a 1954 Plymouth Belvedere Convertible Coup P25-3 with overdrive and coral paint. It has only turned 54,159 miles since new. It was owned by my Father in Law. I am selling it for my Mother in Law who has decided to let it go. It runs, drives and sounds great with the dual exhaust. Body is in Excellent condition. It has real spoke wheels with whitewall tires, whitewall spare still has sticker on it. For the years he owned it, it was always garaged and babied in the town of Clinton Ct. The pictures tell most of the story. I have nothing to hide and have also taken pictures of anything wrong that I could find. How rare is it? In 1954 Plymouth made over 463,000 cars. only just 6,900 of those were convertibles. So for that year out of around every 70 Plymouth cars that were made only one became a convertible. How many are still around after 60 years of usage? And how many are offered for sale today? This might be the only one! This is not only a nice rare car to drive and have at shows but will be an investment as the years go by. It comes with a ton of NOS and extra parts including convertible parts that he collected. There is another transmission in a crate. We were going to sell the parts separate but decided to let it all go together. We keep finding more so I will have to add more pictures as they show up. Please send me an email and I can send more pictures. I could not get more to attach to this listing.
