Car description

NO RESERVE THIS CAR WILL SELL TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER.Ok,up for bid is a very cool 1969 Road Runner 383 4BBL 4 Speed Stick 3.91 Factory axle package,Hemi suspension,Hood performance treatment,Blue with Blue interior,NON Vinyl top.Fender tag is intact, matches VIN.The 383 and transmission are not the originals to the car they are dated 1968 however the 3.91 gears are still in the car,we checked by rotating the wheels and the 3.91 tag is still on the rear and appears that no one has been in there. The Hemi torsion bars are still in the car.It has headers with some header mufflers. The car has been off the road since 1995,till we found it buried in a barn, looks like it has had a repaint sometime in the 80's,the Road Runner was B3 blue, now its like a B5 blue from that era, paint is not perfect, the car fired right up and it runs and drives,we put a new gas tank in it and bled the brakes,(large 11 inch manual drums all around).Drove it up and down the road once, went through all the gears and everything works as it should. However,i don't recommend trying to drive it home a long distance.Manual steering, non a/c,this car was built from the factory to go fast. The Frame rails are all VERY SOLID and have no issues as well as front and rear floor pans,it will need center of trunk floor replaced THATS IT,the trunk drops, inner and outer wheelhouses have no issues. The quarter panels, doors, fenders, hood and roof are all solid,as well as all around the rear window and cowl area. All glass and trim on the car is good. The interior is all there including the bench seat, while not perfect,it is all there,we did not check for a build sheet,so it "could" very well be in there. This car will need very little to go to the next level. The original beep beep horn is there along with all the roadrunner emblems etc.The wheels and tires that are on the car do NOT go with the car,it will have 14 inch steel wheels with tires will hold air for driving it on and off the trailer/hauler.Clear Illinois Title. Please ask any questions before bidding.500 Dollar Paypal deposit required within 48 hours of auctions end.Needs to be paid in full within 7 days or so of auctions end.Buyer is responsible for arrangement and payment of shipping.NO RESERVE
