1971 Plymouth Road Runner *Rare Halloween Car*

Up for your consideration, a previous 1 owner 1971 Plymouth Road Runner. Special Halloween colors. Rare car!
99% complete, missing 1 center cap. All original.
I have had the car about 10 years to restore for myself, but keeps getting pushed back. I have decided to offer it up for sale to see if anyone would want to restore themselves.
Matching numbers. 340 Halloween car. Hemi. Orange. Black half vinyl top and orange and black interior. Currently registered in Galens Registry as #26 of 37 of VIN sequence of all 1971 340 4BBL Road Runners from the St Louis, MO plant. There were only 1,681 '71 340 cars built. Factor in the rare Halloween colors, and the numbers probably drop significantly. I do have all the paper work from Galen Govier that goes with the car, a copy of the original title, fender tag from Govier, as well as the fender tag and build sheet.
The car was sold new at 1st Ave Plymouth, Cedar Rapids. Also where the guy lived that I got it from. Will need a complete restoration and is rare enough to deserve it. Obviously, by the pictures, there is a significant amount of rust. The car has not been started in years. I have never heard it run. It was unloaded and has sat in my garage for the last 10 years. I have ignition key but no trunk key.
