This is a 1973 340 Plymouth Duster. It has been converted to a 1971 340 Duster and looks absolutely amazing as you can see in the photos, The front cap, tail panel, bumpers, and grill have been changed to look like a 1971 340 Duster. This is one of the sharpest 340 Dusters out there. The paint is sharp and in excellent shape and the interior is very clean with hardly any wear at all as you can see. The vinyl top is absolutely perfect in every way. This is a street and strip car. It is currently tagged and title so it is totally street legal. I currently have the alternator off because the last time i have driven this car was at our local drag strip. I have the alternator its just not on the car. If you want to drive it on the street you will have to put the alternator back on. The motor is a 360 stroked out to a 408 cubic inch. It has Indy heads aluminum T/A style. The heads have roller rockers and are ported and polished. The water pump is a CSR Electric Pump and has a electric cooling fan. The transmission is a Powerglide and has a trans brake. It has a crossover delay box and a air shifter (turbo action command center). It also has a 100hp Edelbrock Nitrous unit with purge kit. I have never sprayed nitrous to this motor so im not sure if that works or not. Was new when installed but the car ran 6.50s without it so there was no need in spraying it. The brakes are 4 wheel disc willwood brakes, The wheel wells have been professional widened 6 inches to allow for the bigger tire. As you can see it was done by a professional and looks as nice as the factory wheel well. The have the factory wheel well so looks fantastic. This is a very consistent car and looks sharp going down the track. If you are looking for a super nice pro street car then this is it. If you are in the area feel free to come by and take a look.
