1965 plymouth valiant convertible coupe V8 Automatic ragtop classic car project

1965 Plymouth valiant convertible. This car Does Not Run. It has a seized V8 and I can get probably get a title for it but it is prior salvage from a different state. Very good parts car or project. The hood is rusted but solid not rotted. Interior is good Automatic floor shifter seats are good and paneling, top works but does have a patch spot see pictures.
