Up for auction is a real 1973 Roadrunner. The car is a real Roadrunner as verified by the VIN. The car is a 400 4 barrel/727 high option car. The fender tag is still on the car and in great condition. This Roadrunner is still in its original paint so you know exactly what you are getting. The original color is Tahitian Gold and has parchment interior. The car has power windows, sunroof, bucket seats, console w/ slapstick shifter, Rallye dash(150 mph speedo & tach) power brakes(disc front), power steering, front & rear swaybar, factory hood pins, fender turn signal indicators, and dual chrome mirrors. The car has factory A/C but the under hood parts are missing. The Roadrunner is solid with very little rust but does have quite a few dents and dings. The floorpans and trunk pan are in very good condition and the framerails are in great condition. The car currently has a 440 in it andI also have the original numbers matching 400 shortblock that comes with the car also. The 440 has an aluminum Offenahuser intake manifold, Accell electronic igintion distributor, Holley Avenger 770 carb, March billet aluminum accessory bracketsand pullies, and headers and dual exhaust with Spintech mufflers. The car runs, drives and sounds good, but has not been driven in a few years so I am sure it could use some tune up work. I also have the original 400-4 air cleaner and original HP exhaust manifolds. The car also comes a good bit of parts to help get the restoration started including: new carpet, new Yearone bucket seat covers, new reproduction sun visors, new dash cover,a complete B Body sunroof assembly, replacement passenger fender(orig. dented), replacement passenger door(orig. dented) and a front and rear valance panel. If you are interested in the car but do not want or need the 440(73 truck) that is currently in the car I would be willing to pull it and reduce the price of the car some. You are more than welcome to come and look at the car for yourself. I am willing to take detailed pics of any part of the car for serious buyers. Thanks for looking and good luck!
