1983 Plymouth Scamp

1983 Plymouth Scamp. It runs spraying starting fluid in the carburetor. It has clear Direct Connection headlight lenses,DC hood pins, aded Shelby seats, 987 GLHS dash,duel exhaust and a modified body. This is a Texas car. It has not seen a winter or salty road. It does have surface rust. The underneath is sold. The floor boards are solid. The tires are cracked. The engine wiring has been spliced in places. It has a Special Handling plate on the fender tag. The passenger door does not open. The drivers door handle is delicate. The front bumper has a crack in it. There is a dent in front of the sunroof. This is a great car to fix up,turbo or V8 it.
