This stunning Peugeot is a one off steel body built on a 402 extended chassis by Pourtout of France who built custom bodies from 1928-1942 in Sochaux France this is the only Peugeot with this body. Truly a beautiful example of a low profile Deco Era sport Cabriolet with skirted pontoon type fenders and fluted body; built in the tradition of Bugatti talbo logo and Delage. The beautiful flowing classic body is similar in size to the 135 Delahaye and clad in mirror finish black and silver with show triple chrome accents. Interior is supple gray leather wool carpet and black cloth harts top. Wood accents on dash and doors. 2 liter overhead valve engine mated to a rare Cotal 4 speed automatic pre-selector transmission that features 4 speeds forward and reverse. It is believed this car was brought to the states in the 1980's where it was stored with a prominent collection. Then purchased by present owner who faithfully executed a complete and thorough 3 year restoration by Dan McMann International Auto Restorations of Oaklawn IL. with Pebble Beach Pedigree.
