1948 Packard Custom 8

This is a solid all around car. It has everything working to be an everyday driver.

The car needs seats and carpet redone. The headliner and door panels are in new

condition. The steering, uspension, rakes, ngine, nd transmission are in great

condition. The body, loor, nd truck pans are solid. The engine does not

smoke, t starts, uns, and drives well. The straight 8cyl. 356cu in runs

unbelievablyquiet. The transmission is a 3 speed on the column with electramatic clutch

with electric overdrive that still works. The car drives great on the highway. No play

in the steering and the original drum brakes stop great and don't pull. The dash, nterior,

brake, unning, ead, nd fog lights all work. The vacuum windshield wipers work well.

They go slow and fast according to the dial. The air vents open and close. The hood

opens from either side. Really amazed at the working condition of the car. All windows

and wing windows work. This car is not in mint condition. It has some small rust

bubbles around the outside and is not 100% original but close.
