1939 Packard 1708 V-12 Touring Limousine 139” wheelbase with a Divider Window and 2 Jump Seats. The car is fairly complete but no engine, no transmission, and no grille but does have the grill shell. Has dual side mounts fenders with the complete side mount covers. The headlights and the hood is included. This rare V-12 limo needs a total restoration and does not have a title.
