Packard Clipper 1953

A body off the frame restoration had been started, the frame was cleaned and painted professionally welded new flooring in front drivers and passenger side. There is no heavy rust; the car has been stored in mild Sacramento climate. The body is straight except for the right rear door. Complete chrome and stainless trim. Good glass. Original paint with natural "rat rod" looking patina.
The registration/nonop is up to date.
Straight-eight engine with blown head gasket. modified Holley carburetor, and aluminum radiator. does not include hood ornament. Working brakes.
