1939 HUPMOBILE "6" SEDAN "Formerly owned by the Pate Museum" (Pate, exas) This is a very solid and extremely original old car. It was repainted 25+ years ago, ut it appears to still retain its original color. This is a 100% rust free car and it appears to have never suffered any accident damage. It runs well. The brakes were overhauled, ut should be checked over before using as it has been sitting without any use for the last 18 months. The dash plastic is in bad shape. The interior is decent and servicable. The original chrome is quite good. It is missing a trim piece (headlight). This car is a great example of the late "Art Deco Period" influences on thirties automotive design. This is certainly a very worthy candidate to restore to perfection, r simply spend a minimal amount of effort and money and have it as a fun fair weather or weekend driver. It has a great presence!
