Car description

Thank you for visiting another one of JK's Galleria of Vintage, lassic and Pristine Cars's exclusive listings! 1969 Goggomobil TS250 Coupe Last Year Made, useum-Quality MicroCar From the Robert Pass Collection! Features: 250cc 2-stroke 2-cylinder Air-Cooled Engine, -speed Manual Transmission, ights, urn Signals, ipers, laupunkt Stereo, wo-Tone Paint, FGoodrich Silvertown Wide Whitewall Tires, ubcaps Comments: Built in Germany by Glas (a pre-war farm equipment company) for post WW II transportation from 1952 to 1969. The Goggomobil TS250 Coupe is a micro car capable of 55 mph from its rear-mounted 2-cylinder air cooled engine and 4-speed manual transmission. Fires right up with a turn of the key and settles into a quiet burbling 2-stroke idle. Shifts smoothly through the gears. Measuring less than 10 feet in length, akes a VW beetle seem large in comparison, nd gets over 50 mpg. Surprisingly roomy interior for the two front seat passengers and with legroom for children in the rear, hese were sporty family cars for Germans needing more than a motorscooter. Fully street legal, hey are now the hit at any car show and the center of much attention, rawing larger crowds recently than a hemi Superbird while eliciting countless jokes & lots of laughs. More photos were taken of this than all the other cars combined at the show. This particular car is the last year of production and was imported for an upstate New York museum where it remained on display for several years before being acquired by Robert Pass (ex-owner of Passport Collector Car Transport). Mr. Pass included it in his extensive private collection which ranges from vintage fire trucks to collector motorbikes, riving it occasionally to shows. It now has only 23,727 miles (38,185 kilometers) and runs perfectly. The chrome & trim are excellent, here is no rust, nd the interior shows virtually no wear. Rarely seen here in the States, hese are much rarer than Isettas & Messerschmidt and are the perfect addition to the micro-car collection that has everything. Neat tiny car. Also remember we can facilitate shipping right to your door. We also take anything of value on trade and can obtain financing with almost new car rates!! What that means is the car of your dreams can very easily turn into a reality!
