1969 olds 442 - 4 speed, canadian built

This is a time capsule. 3 owners and only 46k miles. This car runs as good as it did on day 1. COMPLETELY all matching number car. Made in Canada with the Chevy 12 bolt axle. U.S. built cars had the "O" 12 bolt with a much smaller ring gear. Everything, and I mean everything works on this car. From the clock and tach and all gauges, to the back-up lights, under hood and trunk lights, interior lights, horn and radio with correct antenna mast. All 4 fresh air vents work along with heat and defrost. AM-FM radio works with balance and treble controls. Engine has never been out, although the heads have been off for a valve job and exhaust valve seats installed. Serial # stamped on engine pad and trans case. This has been well maintained, with many new and rebuilt parts. Interior is excellent with new headliner and visors. Console is fastened to floor as it should be, with new upper and lower boots.THIS IS A REAL CAR! Factory exhaust is new from Gardner. All the glass is perfect and the doors close and sound like new. ASK ALL THE QUESTIONS YOU WANT. ALL body panels are original to the car. It has no rust, and never had any rust. 1 repaint in the early 90's with correct color. this is the original 400 engine with matching # everything except electronic ignition. M21 4 speed with a 3:73-1 posi rear. The brakes are great with factory front discs. I would drive this car across country right this minute. I will post a couple of undercarriage photos after I delete a couple current photos, keep looking in a couple days. Clutch is new, tires and brakes are new. Steering arms and links are new with joints and tie rods. Rear axle has been completely serviced with new bushings in the factory boxed control arms. New springs and shocks front and rear. You pump the gas pedal once and it starts right up and goes to high idle. ! kick and it comes to a perfect idle. There are NO bubbles in the paint, but there are nicks and scratches found on a 30 yr old paint job. But the car really shows great.
