We have a brick and mortar dealership in Ohio,where we store, recondition, and ship hundreds of vehicles every year. Where do you get your cars?

Mac Management Inc Motors purchases the majority of our vehicles from private sellers around the country. We also source inventory from dealerships, credit unions, auctions, and banks.

The vast majority of the vehicles we sell are serviced and inspected before posting online. Many have available warranties and coverages. Our vehicles have clean titles, meaning we do not sell salvage, rebuilt, or reconstructed cars.

Are there additional fees besides the purchase price?

All sales are subject to a flat $150.00 Documentary Feeand$33.50 Tag Fee (if necessary).Our document and dealer service fees are collected by Mac Management Inc Motors and are not required by law. Ohio residents pay 6.5% sales tax, as well as registration and inspection fees. Out-of-state buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state. There is an additional shipping fee if you want the car delivered.

How does this work?

1. You place the winning bid

2. We contact each other via email and phone to finalize the transaction

3. We FedEx or email you duplicate copies of the bill of sale, one for you to keep, and one for you to sign and return, along with certified funds for the remaining balance due for the car.

4. You FedEx certified funds for the remaining balance due.

5. We perform a final inspection on your vehicle and then arrange for it to be delivered to your location. Delivery typically takes between 5and 30days, depending on where you live.

6. We send you duplicate copies of the bill of sale, one for you to keep, and one for you to sign and return. We do offer scan documents to sign and return also.

7. When we receive the signed bill of sale, we FedEx all title documentation.

Do you have titles on hand for your vehicles?

Titles may not always be immediately available for the vehicles we list on eBay. They’re sometimes still in transit from banks, other dealerships, and the state. However, Mac Management Inc Motors is a licensed and bonded dealer in Ohioand we guarantee clean titles on every vehicle that we sell.

What type of service do you do to the cars before selling them?

Mac Management Inc Motors vehicles must pass multiple inspections for safety, mechanical, and cosmetic issues. If we find any minor issues, an experienced mechanic will fix them up before we list the car. In the event we find a problem with a vehicle that could affect its future value or performance, that vehicle will be shipped to wholesale and not listed on eBay.

Finalizing your purchase

Mac Management Inc Motors will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.

Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Ed at Mac Management Inc Motors bye-mailor phone(330) 826.1381within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.

In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by major credit card, cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by cash in person or bank certified funds to Seller.

At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
