The LADA 21013 was built for Soviet-era working class who needed a reliable yet inexpensive form of transportation for commuters who didn't have close-by access to public transportation. The motor starts up quickly in hot or cold weather and runs excellent. Gearbox. brakes and suspension all feel tight and well-maintained. The paint still gleams. the engine runs like showroom new and the interior is unbelievably well-preserved. Keep in mind this LADA weighs only around 2000 lbs. so the 60 HP engine kicks the car along pretty well.
