1958 Oldsmobile 88 Fiesta wagon

Near Complete car, ody pretty straight. Only 5,175 were ever produced in this model. The station wagon bodies for these were manufactured through Ionia and its related coachwork companies as early as 1938, tarting with woodie station wagons before eventually offering all-steel wagons from the late 1940s through the mid-1960s.My opinion is this is a great investment car! I did some research on auctions over the last 5 years and it looks like prices have doubled with sales on the few that have come up running high even with light restorations and cars into 6 figure prices.

What we have here is a car we bought as a driver. At the time (2009) extensive work was performed to get it and keep it on the road. Including attention to all crucial parts: brakes, ires, ngine. Since we got the car it has been moved from here to there around our facility. But never stored in open air outside. It has always been covered and under a roof. We decided this car was an excellent car to restore ground up but after 6 years and no progress for this one, ts got to go to make room.

In the back of the car there are many extra parts including Air conditioning parts which this car is non-air conditioned currently. Extra instrument clusters, rim pieces, ubcaps, tc. The engine has not been started for many years and if there is enough interest ill make sure it runs off a gas can atleast before it sells. But it was running and driving good when parked.

For the specifics it has: 371 ci engine, utomatic trans, eater, ower brakes and steering.

Just finished getting it running today! It runs and drives and stops! I put it up on a lift. The floors and rockers have been repaired poorly. It has new exhaust ( leak at manifold on right side ) and fuel tank. Carb was rebuilt. Points are new. And it felt good driving it around the property. I do not trust the tires for putting it on the road. Car can be cleaned up and driven as is though with minimal work. Definitely a head turner!
